Dr. Nana Banerjee is group president of Verisk Analytics, overseeing Verisk’s Argus, Geomni, and Verisk Retail businesses. He also has oversight responsibility for Verisk’s joint data and development environment and Verisk’s centralized advanced research and analytics group. Dr. Banerjee came to Verisk as part of its acquisition of Argus, where he was the chief operating officer. In prior roles, he served as the head of Citibank’s credit card business in the United Kingdom and as vice president of marketing at GE Capital. Dr. Banerjee was named Verisk group president in 2016. Dr. Banerjee has a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the State University of New York; a master of science degree in mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; and a bachelor of science degree with honors in mathematics from St. Stephens College, Delhi.
Michael has almost 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the Financial Services Industry. At Argus, Michael has the dual role of Chief Operating Officer for the firm and President of Argus’s North American business. Prior to joining Argus, Michael lead the Marketing and Online Analytics division at TD Ameritrade. Prior to TD Ameritrade, Michael led Pricing and Analytics for GE Capital’s US Consumer Finance division (now Synchrony Financial). During his 5+ years there, Michael helped to devise and implement the strategy and executive of an Analytic Center of Excellence, while leading the GE’s Price Management function across all consumer finance products. He began his career at Citibank in their Credit Card division, performing various Finance and Decisions Management roles centered on optimization of account and portfolio profitability. Michael has a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational psychology from the University of Connecticut and a BA in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University.
John has almost 20 years of experience in the financial services sector and joined Argus in 2010 to lead Western Europe Client Delivery Operations. He has extensive experience in financial modeling, maximizing customer value, and M&A. Prior to joining Argus, he held senior- and executive-level roles in Citigroup and MBNA in the UK, USA, and Spain including Head of Credit Cards. John qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BEng from Imperial College, University of London.
Lisa is responsible for Argus Partnerships, Strategic Alliances and Media Effectiveness groups. Lisa brings over 20 years of payments, credit cards and consumer banking experience to her role. Prior to Argus, Lisa held the role of President, North American Financial Solutions, for The Affinion Group. Additionally, Lisa has worked extensively in corporate strategy, business development, marketing and new product development. She managed Citi Card’s largest product P&L, and was responsible for all acquisitions and existing customer marketing programs. Prior to Citi, Lisa held a variety of senior management positions within J.P. Morgan Chases’ credit card division, including SVP of Business Strategy, SVP Customer Management, and SVP Co-Brands. Lisa understands the needs of both bank clients and their customers and has effectively created strategies and solutions that respond to shifting consumer trends and market dynamics Lisa received her MBA from New York University, with Beta Gamma Sigma honors, and her undergraduate degree from Providence College.
David has over 25 years of experience in retail banking and payments, with extensive expertise in consumer, wealth, and small business deposit and lending product development, pricing, marketing, distribution, customer segmentation, lifecycle management, risk management and portfolio management. David joined Argus in 2013 to lead Retail Banking Solutions which includes the Deposit Accounts Payment Study and retail banking client delivery groups. Prior to joining Argus David held senior executive roles at SunTrust (Head of Consumer and Wealth Deposit Products), JPM Chase (Head of Small Business Deposit and Credit Products, Pricing and Analytics), MBNA/Bank of America (CMO of Small Business Lending), and consulting positions at Mercer Management Consulting, Mitchell Madison Group, and AlixPartners. David received an MS/MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Harvard University in Computer Science and Economics.
Shree oversees Risk & Regulatory Practice comprising of licensing of LookAhead Suite of forecasting products for Stress-testing & Capital Planning, Regulatory Modeling Services, Fraud Prevention Solutions and Retained Risk Analytics for Alternate Lending Products including Peer-to-Peer, Small Dollar Installment Loans, and POS lending. Prior to joining to Argus, Shree founded Semantifi and as the CEO, raised venture capital, built a 30 person team in US & India, launched web search and enterprise analytics products serving top tier financial services clients. Prior to the startup, Shree oversaw Customer Marketing for 42 international markets at Citigroup’s International Credit Cards and has extensive Analytics and Risk Management experience at Fleet and Advanta. Shree is an inventor of 16 Big Data, Semantic Search and Analytics related patent applications with 8 patents issued to-date.
Nasim is a Managing Director of Client and Modeling Solutions for North America. She has almost 10 years of experience in the credit card and consumer financial services industry supporting banks in North America and globally with their credit card portfolio management strategies. She and her team manage the client relationships and provide benchmarking and analytic services which support strategic decision making, as well as identify relevant products and solutions for a host of business challenges such as acquisitions, existing customer management, customer retention, and risk management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Mathematics from Wesleyan University.

As part of the Partnerships and Media Solutions group at Argus, Aarthi manages the Argus-Nielsen partnership that includes products integrating Nielsen panels with Argus credit/debit transactions for TV media planning, online ad targeting as well as ROI measurement of ads across TV, digital, mobile, print and radio channels. At Argus, Aarthi has also led consulting engagements focused on optimizing credit risk and marketing strategies for major credit card issuers in the US and UK. Prior to her current position, Aarthi was the head of the credit risk analytics team for Barclaycard’s European portfolios focusing on impairment planning and underwriting policy. Aarthi has a Bachelors in Computer Science from M.S. University of Baroda, India as well as a Masters in Computer Science from Binghamton University, New York and a MBA from Columbia University, New York.
Alex is a Managing Director at Argus, responsible for emerging and digital partnerships. Alex oversees the Argus digital campaign measurement platform and leverages his substantial knowledge of credit and debit card data in order to cultivate new data partnerships. Alex joined Argus in 1997. Prior to his current position, Alex held a variety of roles at Argus over the years including, Consulting, IT and Product Development where he oversaw the launch of the DAPS Study. Before joining Argus, Alex worked for First Manhattan Consulting Group. Alex attended Yale University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude with a BA in Economics.

Audra earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Earth & Planetary Sciences from Harvard University before joining Argus in 2008, and she is currently an Associate Managing Director in the Client and Modeling Solutions department. She has had a first-hand role in some of Argus’s early areas of growth both in geography and analytic capabilities; although based in the New York head office, she has spent significant amounts of time helping build out the Argus London & San Francisco locations when Argus began its global expansion. With respect to analytics, she was among the first teams involved in the initial development of a unique and innovative component of our customer-level solutions that has become a centerpiece of the Argus value proposition for financial institutions today. Audra enjoys working at Argus because of the perpetual state of learning it provides as well as the intellectual curiosity, dedication to quality support for clients, and extremely collegial atmosphere that make Argus an outstanding place to work. In addition, Argus has grown significantly in size since she started, but has managed to maintain all of the best qualities of a small-company environment now backed with the strong infrastructure of a larger organization. In Audra’s spare time, she likes to travel (especially to great ski destinations!) and improve her skills in racquet sports like squash and tennis.
Robert earned his B.S. in Financial Economics from SUNY Binghamton and is currently an Associate Manager on the Data Applications and Solutions team at Argus. He has performed hundreds of data validations on monthly credit card data and onboarded datasets for new clients that joined CCPS. He is currently working onsite at a client in Australia maintaining and improving a product that Argus has developed for them. Robert enjoys working at Argus because upper management gives big opportunities to employees that are in the early-stages of their careers that would usually take much longer to achieve elsewhere. He values the people that work here and the relationships that he has developed. He enjoys working with the extensive datasets available at Argus that give him a complete view of the credit card industry across different markets. In his spare time, Robert likes to play guitar and spend time with friends and family.
Yaxian earned her Master’s degree in Statistics from Lehigh University before joining Argus, where she is an Associate on the Client and Modeling Solutions team. As an Associate, she enjoys diving into the data world, generalizing the modeling procedures and finding the best models to achieve different business goals. She also enjoys working with different teammates and meetings with clients. In her role as an Associate, she works to build different types of models for clients’ marketing Campion analysis and strategic decisions, helps generalize the modeling procedures, enhances the documentation process by leveraging automation, and writes efficient codes to make processes go faster. Apart from work, Yaxian loves reading, watching movies, Chinese dancing, playing piano, singing, cooking, and outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming.
Prakul graduated from Columbia University in 2011 with a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Science, and he previously studied Computer Engineering at Aligarh University, India. After earning his Bachelor’s degree, he worked with Computer Sciences Corporation for 3 years as a software developer. He has been with Argus for more than 4 years and has had the opportunity to work with both Data and Applications Solutions and Client and Modeling Solutions teams. Currently, Prakul is a Manager on the Client and Modeling Solutions team, where developing models to predict key metrics from credit card industry excites him to no end. Prakul finds that Argus provides the right environment and facilities to try and develop new approaches of creating predictive models, and it gives him immense pleasure and confidence to work with some of the best minds in this domain. In his time at Argus, Prakul designed several business intelligence cubes and automated monthly data processing for multiple clients using SSIS packages. Additionally, he managed an off-shore team responsible for developing customer profitability solution for one of Australia’s largest banking groups, and he has also been involved in managing and developing predictive models for credit card issuers in US to help devise marketing strategies for new and existing customers. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports especially cricket, badminton and table tennis. He also loves travelling to new places with family and friends.
Ariel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance at Syracuse University and her Master’s degree in Information Systems of Management at Carnegie Mellon University before becoming an Associate on the Data and Applications Solutions team at Argus. Ariel has taken on processing and validating regulatory reporting data for several large clients in addition to setting up a processing environment for a large bank. Ariel enjoys working at Argus because of the knowledge and skills she has obtained through working on various projects, and the ability to use SQL and learning and utilizing other coding languages. Ariel especially enjoys working with her team and the familial-esque relationship they have developed over the years. In Ariel’s spare time, she likes to hang out with her friends in New York City, where they try new restaurants, go to various events, or just walk and enjoy nice weather and good conversation. As a coffee-lover, she sometimes likes to sit in a coffee shop on Sunday afternoons. She enjoys hiking and taking vacations in countryside.
