In addition to offering a base salary and a bonus program, the following is a summary
of Argus’ benefits. Argus is committed to providing its employees with comprehensive
benefits that include a choice of benefit plans and levels of coverage designed
to meet the needs of the employees and their families.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- End of year performance based bonus
Time Off
- Three weeks vacation each year
- Ten company holidays each year
- Up to five sick days each year
Health Insurance
- Medical and Dental coverage begins the first of the month after hire date
- Medical - Choice of plan and level of coverage includes high and low PPO plans
- Dental - Choice of plan and level of coverage includes DMO and PPO
Health Reimbursement Accounts
Employer sponsored program that allows employees to be reimbursed for non covered
medical expenses, deductibles, coinsurance and other out of pocket expense not eligible
under the health plans.
Profit Sharing and Savings Plan
- Automatic enrollment twice a year for new employees - voluntary contributions through
payroll deductions to either the regular 401(k) (pre-tax) or Roth 401(k) (after-tax)
plan
- Company annual contribution of up to 10% of employee’s eligible compensation, after
one year of service. Fully vested after 5 years of service
Long-Term Disability
Mandatory coverage for employees at a nominal cost. The plan covers 60% of salary.
Short-Term Disability
Benefit available from state-mandated program
Paid Parental Leave
One to four weeks of paid time off for the care of a newborn
Employee Assistance Program
Work-Life Matters is available to all employees and their family members at no cost
and provides confidential counseling and consultation services for a variety of
issues.
