Position Details
 
Manager of New Product Development
Responsibilities include:
  • Support new product development plans and strategies to enhance and grow the business
  • Work with internal partners to manage and coordinate activities and deliverables in order to bring new products to market
  • Identify new product and new partnership opportunities through data analysis, market research and competitive analysis
  • Gather client feedback and suggestions on new and existing products and services
  • Manage specific new product development projects
  • Develop and manage relationships with specific external business partners
Qualifications include:
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years financial services experience

Vice President of Sales
Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for customization and maintenance of sales documentation
  • Motivate client by demonstrating expert knowledge of their competitors use of the products to drive revenue and cost savings
  • Management of sales pipeline
    • Communicate and provide direction to achieve project completion while delivering high levels of client satisfaction
    • Identify resources required to move each prospect to the next sales stage
    • Coordinate sales efforts with other departments (e.g., Syndicated Studies, Consulting)
  • Lead and coordinate sales process for Card Profit and MAPS. This will include, identifying the client, obtaining requirements, term sheets and finally the signed contract.
  • Solid understanding and communication of the company’s mission, strategy, strengths and weaknesses.
Qualifications include:
  • 8+ years in the credit card or financial services sector
  • Solid understanding of credit card issuers
  • Strong pipeline management skills with a track record of predictability, consistency, and the overachievement of revenue objectives
  • Proven product selling skills; able to identify and diagnose root client issues versus symptoms and link the diagnosis to solutions
  • Proven ability to write documents necessary to support each phase of the sales process

Senior Programmer Analyst
Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct requirements analysis
  • Write technical design
  • Perform testing of product
  • Ensure proper production deployment
  • Provide production support
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in computer science, information science, statistics, mathematics or economics
  • 2-4 years experience preferred
  • Technical expertise in T-SQL or PL/SQL programming languages
  • Excellent database skills
  • Experience with bankcard statistical analysis and modeling preferred
  • Strong communication, written and oral, skills
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be a team player and self motivated

Consulting Manager
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and leading complex analytical projects using advanced analytical, statistical and quantitative methods
  • Ensuring data is translated accurately from large internal databases that track account behavior and profitability over time
  • Managing client engagements by ensuring project reflects goals and agenda, through on going communication via phone and interfacing, and weekly reports
  • Supervising and training staff of analysts
  • Assisting with Business Development
  • Some travel required
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a directly related field
  • 4+ years of analytical experience with preferably 2 years in credit card industry
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling

Data/Production Analyst
Responsibilities include:
  • Executing and monitoring the core monthly processes required to build and maintain a large data warehouse
  • Work with clients to receive, validate data, and resolve data issues
  • Gather and document business requirements to improve data warehousing, validation, and reporting capabilities
  • Present findings to management in clear, concise format using graphics, tables and high level summarization orally and in writing
  • Maintain/modify existing software to address business needs/issues as they are identified
  • Produce and distribute a variety of periodic PC based reports
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Highly intelligent, energetic, and a tremendous work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL is a plus
  • Genuine interest in learning the financial services business
  • Inclination to learn new software tools

Analyst
Responsibilities include:
  • Gathers, interprets, and manipulates complex data sets to perform analysis
  • Identify issues and develop recommendations based on analytical insights
  • Communicate key analytical findings to the team, and to the client when appropriate
  • Present interpreted analyses by preparing and delivering written analyses and verbal presentations
Qualifications include:
  • BS or advanced degree in statistics, industrial engineering, applied mathematics, economics, computer science or related field
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Applied problem solving in a team environment
  • Familiarity with SAS and/or SQL is a plus

Internships
We offer internships within our production, IT, accounting and operations departments

Qualifications include:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Current GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Highly intelligent, energetic, and a tremendous work ethic
  • Prior office work experience is a plus
