Mentoring
We follow a formal mentoring program that assigns senior level professionals as
advisors to each junior level employee. The relationship allows sharing of issues
and concerns, including future academic and professional goals. Many junior staff
members also form close, informal relationships with other senior members of the
leadership team. This way, many fresh consultants gain from the experience and knowledge
of more tenured professionals.
