Eugene Lockhart
Chairman of the BoardGene joined Oak Investment Partners in 2003, focusing on Financial Services Technology. He currently holds the position of Argus Information and Advisory Chairman of our Board of Directors. Previously, he held several senior management positions in leading financial services and technology organizations. Gene was President and CEO of MasterCard International, President of the Global Retail Bank and Senior Vice Chairman of Bank of America Corporation, President of Consumer Services at AT&T, and President and CEO of New Power Holdings. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in mechanical engineering and received an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.Close X -
Leonard Laufer
CEOLen has over 20 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry and co-founded Argus. He has significant experience developing and implementing customer management strategies and products that enable financial institutions to improve financial performance. Prior to founding Argus nearly 15 years ago, Len was a consultant at First Manhattan Consulting Group and the MAC Group. Len has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA with honors from Harvard University.Close X -
Michael Heller
PresidentMichael has over 20 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry and co-founded Argus. Michael is responsible for sales and business development at Argus. In this role, Michael is responsible for leading the company's sales organization, launching new studies, and managing Argus's key partnerships. Previously, Michael focused on database development and profitability analysis. Over the past several years, Michael has provided strategic advisory services to most of the 20 largest US banks and eight of the 10 largest UK financial institutions. Prior to founding Argus, Michael was a consultant at First Manhattan Consulting Group. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA with high honors from Wesleyan University.Close X -
Ann Huntress LamontAnnie is a Managing Partner of Oak Investment Partners, which she joined in 1982 and where she served as General Partner from 1986 to 2006. Annie leads the healthcare and financial services technology teams at Oak. Annie’s recent investments include Acculynk, Argus Information and Advisory Services, Benefitfocus, Castlight Health, iHealth Technologies, NetSpend, PayFlex, PharMEDium Healthcare, Radisphere National Radiology Group, TxVia and Vesta. Prior investments include athenahealth, American Esoterics, CareMedic, CLARiENT, Harbor Payments, Health Dialog, Odyssey Healthcare, Oak Tree/Oxford, Point Carbon, Psychiatric Solutions and United BioSource. Earlier in Annie’s venture career, she developed a number of successful biopharmaceutical investments (Cephalon, ViroPharma, Esperion). Prior to joining Oak, Annie was a research associate with Hambrecht & Quist, and received her BA in political science from Stanford University. Annie currently serves on the Stanford University Board of Trustees. She served on the Executive Board of the National Venture Capital Association.Close X

Dennis JonesDennis is President and Executive Director of Neteller UK Ltd, a Division of Optimal Payments PLC, a global payments business operating on line across 170 Countries. He was previously the Director responsible for the international credit cards operation for the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group during which time he led the joint venture with the Bank of China, and operated credit card businesses across Asia, the US, mainland Europe, and the UK. He joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as an Executive on the acquisition of NatWest. Prior to that, Dennis undertook a two year assignment as Chief Executive Officer, RBS National Bank based in the US. Ahead of The Royal Bank of Scotland's acquisition of NatWest in March 2000, Dennis had been with NatWest for thirteen years. He has worked in credit cards for the last twelve years and is a previous Chairman of the MasterCard UK Board.Close X
