Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- End of year performance-based bonus
- Company monthly contribution towards medical/dental insurance
Health Insurance
- Medical and Dental coverage begins the first of the month after hire date
- Medical – Choice of plan and level of coverage includes high and low PPO plans
- Dental – Choice of plan and level of coverage includes DMO and PPO
Health Reimbursement Accounts
Employer-sponsored program that allows employees to be reimbursed for non-covered medical expenses, deductibles, coinsurance and other out of pocket expense not eligible under the health plans.
Profit Sharing and Savings Plan
- Automatic enrollment twice a year for new employees – voluntary contributions through payroll deductions to either the regular 401(k) (pre-tax) or Roth 401(k) (after-tax) plan
- Company annual contribution of up to 10% of employee’s eligible compensation, after one year of service. Fully vested after 5 years of service.
Long-Term Disability
Mandatory coverage for employees at a nominal cost. The plan covers 60% of salary.
Paid Parental Leave
One to four weeks of paid time off for the care of a newborn.

Work-Life Matters is available to all employees and their family members at no
cost and provides confidential counseling and consultation services for a
variety of issues.
