      As a Business Analyst, you will begin to develop the firsthand knowledge needed to serve as a specialist in business analysis, consulting and planning with a responsibility of leveraging Argus’s strengths to deliver manifold returns in value-added services (insights and improvement) to its clients. Through an in-depth analysis of a client’s business, including performance benchmarking, you will learn to identify strengths and weaknesses, and then prepare and communicate recommendations to the clients (in written and presentation formats) to improve the effectiveness of the client’s business. You will be given ownership of significant segments of client presentations and engagements, as well as responsibility for supporting the broader client relationship.
    • Senior Business Analyst, Client Delivery
      As a Senior Business Analyst, you will begin to serve as a specialist in business analysis, consulting and planning with a responsibility of leveraging Argus’s strengths to deliver manifold returns in value-added services (insights and improvement) to its clients. By leading an in-depth analysis of a client’s business, including performance benchmarking, you will be able to identify strengths and weaknesses, and then prepare and communicate finished recommendations to the clients (in written and presentation formats) to improve the effectiveness of the client’s business. You will have ownership of client presentations and significant portion of engagements, as well as responsibility for supporting the broader client relationship. You will also be expected to coach junior team members and serve as a thought partner to senior colleagues.
    • Manager, Business Analysis - Client Delivery
      As a Manager in Business Analysis, you will serve as a specialist in business analysis, consulting and planning with a responsibility of leveraging Argus’s strengths to deliver manifold returns in value-added services (insights and improvement) to its clients in the area of consumer banking. By leading all aspects of an in-depth analysis of a client’s business, including performance benchmarking, you will have an in-depth understanding of the clients’ business challenges, strengths and weaknesses, enabling you to lead the communication of recommendations to a client in a manner that is most effective. You will be expected to own broad aspects of the client relationship, identification and follow-through of new business opportunities and delivery of consulting engagements. You will also be expected to manage and mentor junior team members and begin to serve as a leader at Argus.

You will learn to become an expert in decision science (the use of analytics to enable business decisions), with learning coming in many facets, from orientation programs to on-the-job apprenticeship.

      Decision Science
      As an Analyst in Decision Science, you will begin to develop the firsthand knowledge needed to serve as a specialist in analytics, data, and business strategy with a responsibility of leveraging Argus’s strengths to deliver manifold returns in value-added solutions to its clients.       The Data Analyst will apply business analysis to create advanced business intelligence solutions providing insight to clients. This role requires the candidate to use analytic tools and database skills to develop and evaluate a broad spectrum of analytics for large data sets. As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities may include loading client data, validating client data, processing client data and producing Business Intelligence reporting on client data. You will work with leading Database Technologies and Data Warehousing toolkits to master the complex nuances in financial data received at Argus. Some of the technologies that you will use are SQL Server 2008, SQL server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), ASP, .NET, Java, etc.
    • Senior Data Analyst
      The Senior Data Analyst will design algorithms and use analytic tools to evaluate a broad spectrum of analytics for large data sets. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of client data reports. As a Senior Data Analyst, your responsibilities may include loading client data, validating client data, processing client data and producing Business Intelligence reporting on client data. You will work with leading Database Technologies and Data Warehousing toolkits to master the complex nuances in financial data received at Argus. Some of the technologies that you will use are SQL Server 2008, SQL server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), ASP, .NET, and Java etc.
    • Manager, Data Delivery
      The Manager of Data Delivery will provide oversight, direction and leadership to a team of analysts and senior analysts in the Data Warehousing Operations. Your responsibilities may include data loading, data validation and reporting on client data. You will leverage your extensive technical knowledge to ensure a high performance team that delivers quality data consistently. Expertise in key technologies such as SQL Server 2008, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Business Intelligence, Data Modeling, ASP, .NET, and Java are instrumental to success in this capacity. You should also have experience in managing, leading, and influencing teams across the organization.
  • Process Engineering
    • Process Engineer
      As the Process Engineer you will interact with internal and external clients to understand business requirements, document analysis, create business process descriptions and apply interview and use case analysis techniques to gather document requirements. Your responsibilities may include developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, verifying compliance with process and change management protocols, and escalating client reported issues to relevant departments. You will also act as a liaison between Argus and its clients.
    • Senior Process Engineer
      The Senior Process Engineer will identify and document product requirements, create process specifications and report on user acceptance/issues. Your responsibilities may include maintaining an up-to-date documents library, defining requirements, and overseeing junior analysts. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and Processes for operations, verifying compliance with process and change management protocols, and escalating client-reported issues to relevant departments. You will also act as a liaison between Argus and its clients.
    • Manager,
      Process Engineering
      As the Manager Process Engineering you will identify and document product requirements, create process specifications and report on user acceptance/issues. Your responsibilities may include implementing robust processes, trend analysis, and ad-hoc analysis to ensure delivery of quality product. You will leverage your extensive experience to ensure adherence to best practices. As the key contact for clients, you will mentor a team of analysts and senior analysts to meet customer objectives.
  • Software Engineering
    • Software Engineer
      As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of state of the art applications using Technologies such as VB.Net and Microsoft SQL Server. The individual will also be responsible for providing support services and resolving clients’ service requests. They will maintain timely, complete and accurate problem status data logs. They will be able replicate client-reported problems and work with other departments to escalate serious issues. Using the design documents completed by the Senior Software Engineer, this individual will be required to develop, test, implement and maintain applications that meet client-specific requirements.
    • Senior Software Engineer
      A Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing and implementing state-of-the-art applications using Technologies such as VB.Net and Microsoft SQL Server. The candidate will also conduct design review sessions with external and internal clients, conduct JAD sessions, and will be responsible for verifying technical designs. This individual will apply technical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. The individual will be involved in training and guiding software engineers while ensuring quality deliverables. The individual will be responsible for code and design reviews.
    • Manager,
      Technical Architect
      The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, testing and implementing state-of-the-art applications using Technologies such as VB.Net and Microsoft SQL Server. The technical architect will interact with existing Technical Architects and Business Analysts, during the design of the ASP.NET framework. The ideal candidate will have a long and consistent track record of delivering ASP.NET applications. The individual will also apply an in-depth knowledge of software development concepts, practices, and procedures and will be responsible for understanding internal and external customer needs and designing appropriate solutions. The candidate will conduct design review sessions with external and internal clients and conduct JAD sessions. The technical architect is responsible for researching software and hardware products or services to find best solutions and prices to meet business requirements.
