    • We lay out the process for ongoing improvement of the program by measuring the program and establishing feedback loop for iterating the test plan

Clients engage Argus in two distinct ways:

    • Usually last 8-16 weeks
    • Final deliverables firmly agreed to up front

  2. Ongoing (long-term) analytic support
    • Outsourced support
    • Very long term (often no end date specified)
